Baseline collects the minimum information needed to notify you when the beta launches:
We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or device fingerprint.
Your quiz answers are processed entirely in your browser. They are never transmitted to our servers and are not stored anywhere outside your device. Once you close the tab, they're gone.
Your email is used for one purpose: to notify you when the Baseline beta is ready. We won't send marketing campaigns, share it with third parties, or use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Email addresses and associated sign-up data are stored in Airtable, a US-based cloud service. Airtable is SOC 2 Type II certified. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
You can request deletion of your data at any time — no questions asked. Use the "Delete my data" link in the footer of any page. We'll remove your record within seconds. If you have trouble, email hi@baseline.app and we'll handle it manually within 48 hours.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, and port your data under GDPR. Contact us at the email above to exercise these rights.
We don't use cookie-based analytics or third-party tracking scripts. The only persistent state on your device is what your browser stores locally (e.g. scroll position). We don't set any first- or third-party cookies.
Baseline is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their email, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll notify beta sign-ups by email before they take effect.
Questions about privacy? Email hi@baseline.app. We read everything.
