Terms of Use

Last updated: May 2026

Not medical advice. Baseline is an experimental tool for personal reflection, not a clinical instrument. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified professional.

What Baseline is

Baseline is a beta-stage attention measurement tool built by A Mindful Balance. It asks five questions about your habits and returns a score — your "attention baseline" — along with a suggested 12-week protocol. It is an experiment, not a finished product.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Beta status

Baseline is a pre-launch product. It may change significantly, go offline without notice, or be discontinued entirely. If you reserve a beta spot, we'll do our best to notify you before any major changes, but we can't guarantee availability or continuity.

Not medical or clinical advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, psychological, or clinical advice. Your quiz score is a self-reported metric based on five behavioral questions. It is not validated by clinical trials and should not be used to make health decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for mental health concerns.

Your use of the site

You agree to use Baseline for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You won't:

Intellectual property

The Baseline name, logo, quiz methodology, scoring system, and protocol content are the property of A Mindful Balance. You may share links to the site but may not reproduce or republish its content without written permission.

No warranties

Baseline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind — express, implied, or statutory. We make no guarantees that the quiz results are accurate, that the protocol will produce any particular outcome, or that the site will be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Mindful Balance and its founders are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Baseline — including reliance on your quiz score or protocol recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where A Mindful Balance is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
